Workshop 2: Giving your club volunteers a great experience
Clubs often find themselves short of volunteers; they way that people volunteer and the time they have to give is not the same as it used to be. Ensuring volunteers feel recognised, rewarded and part of the team is essential.

Workshop 4: NSPCC - Helping to ensure online safety
Helping children and young people to navigate their online worlds safely can sometimes seem daunting. This workshop will help parents, coaches and all those working with children and families explore the opportunities as well as the risks associated with being online and the role that sporting organisations and coaches have in helping keep children as safe as they can be.
Workshop 5: Coaching the person in front of you
Coaching is all about people. This newly-launched workshop will give you a deeper awareness of why great people skills are an intrinsic part of being an effective coach.
Workshop 6: Strength & conditioning in the club environment
