This course has been arranged in partnership with the Active Workplace programme to give employees at Capita the opportunity to engage in an active lifestyle whilst enjoying a sociable & fun atmosphere.
What is Pilates?
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing core strength and improving co-ordination and balance.
When does the course take place?
The course is a taster session, and will take place on 21 March from 12.30 - 1.30. A full block of sessions will be arranged after this date based on feedback.
How much experience do I need?
No experience is necessary and all ages and abilities are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movement
