This course has been arranged in partnership with the Active Workplace programme to give employees at Capita the opportunity to engage in an active lifestyle whilst enjoying a sociable & fun atmosphere.
What is Pilates?
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing core strength and improving co-ordination and balance.
When does the course take place?
The course takes place over 6 consecutive weeks on the following dates:
Tues 10 September 2019
Tues 17 September 2019
Tues 24 September 2019
Tues 1 October 2019
Tues 8 October 2019
Tues 15 October 2019
How much experience do I need?
No experience is necessary and all ages and abilities are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movement
