This course has been arranged in partnership with the Active Workplace programme to give employees at Virgin Money the opportunity to engage in an active lifestyle whilst enjoying a sociable & fun atmosphere.
What is Pilates?
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing core strength and improving co-ordination and balance.
When does the course take place?
This course consists of 8 sessions, taking place on the following dates:

Thursday 10 October
Thursday 17 October
Thursday 24 October
How much experience should I have?
No experience is necessary and all ages and abilities are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing which will not restrict your movement.
