This course has been arranged in partnership with the Active Workplace programme to give employees at Environment Agency the opportunity to engage in an active lifestyle whilst enjoying a sociable & fun atmosphere.
What is Pilates?
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing core strength and improving co-ordination and balance.
When does the course take place?
This course run for six consecutive weeks on the following dates:
Tuesday 27 August
Tuesday 3 September
Tuesday 10 September
Tuesday 17 September
Tuesday 24 September
Tuesday 1 October
How much experience should I have?
No experience is necessary and all ages and abilities are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing which will not restrict your movement.
